WHY:
As part of their group-wide learning and development initiative, Hybrid hosted workshops for employees to explore their individual and team communication styles.
Understanding others' preferred communication styles brings numerous benefits. It helps in determining the best way to interact with colleagues and approaching situations, such as defusing tensions with an angry client or building stronger client relationships.
HOW:
Participants dedicated time during the training to understand the four areas of the model, identify methods for recognizing preferences in others, and commit to applying this knowledge after the session.
Sessions were run throughout 2023.
