  • Coaching will benefit you if you are seeking to enhance your performance, achieve specific goals, or overcome obstacles in your personal or professional lives. If you are still unsure please get in touch to explore further.

  • I offer flexible pricing options tailored to your needs and goals.

    For coaching sessions, I charge an hourly rate, with different packages available based on the number of sessions you require.

    For workshops and speaking engagements, I charge on a per session basis. Please get in touch for a more detailed pricing breakdown and to discuss the best option for you.

  • Performance coaching sessions are designed to empower you to reach your full potential, maximise your performance, and create positive and lasting change in your life.

    Each session is 50 minutes long and you will set the agenda and pace according to your needs.

    As your coach, I will utilise a variety of questions, tools and frameworks to guide you toward achieving your goals.

    My role is to provide support, accountability and feedback to help you succeed on your journey of personal and professional growth.

  • Yes I can provide services either in person or virtually. We will discuss together what is best suited for you and to achieve your goals.

  • DISC is a behavioural assessment tool used to understand human behaviour and communication styles in various settings, such as the workplace, personal relationships and team dynamics. The DISC model categorizes behaviour into four primary personality traits, that are easy to remember and apply.

  • DISC assessments are widely used in various contexts, including team building, leadership development, conflict resolution, and communication training. By understanding your own behavioural tendencies and those of others, you can improve your communication skills, adapt your approach to different situations, and enhance your interpersonal relationships.

  • My rescheduling policy allows you to cancel or reschedule appointments up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Reschedules made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a fee. I understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and I will try to accommodate if I can. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.
